		<description>You need a separate house amp or receiver with RCA inputs, and your stereo or TV needs to have a separate sub-woofer output. Hook up the subs to the amp, in stereo. Then, plug in your Y adapter in to your TV or stereo and connect the Y adapter to your RCA cables. Hook up the RCA cables to the amp or receiver, and your done!

He&#039;s trying to connect car subs to a house stereo Chevy, not fry his house amp. 8 ohms is all those amps can handle. I have the same set up in my garage.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

		<description>uhhh.. whoa whoever told u all this got tooo technical... if u have an after market radio u have the rca plugs to hook up the rcas from the amp. now after the amp is hooked up all u do is hook up the rcas to the back of the radio and the amp turn on wire to the blue/white wire on the back of ur radio as well.. now 8ohm load? are u trying to take away bass? i would try to get my ohms to a 2 ohm stable so i can have more bass.. and y adaptors? this is starting to sound as if u have a factory radio if thats the case u can buy a pac adaptor that hooks up to the back of ur factory radio into ur speakers which gives u the rca plugs needed to hook up ur rcas from ur amp... if u can tell me more or less the set up i can help u better&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;me.. car audio installer (2 years)</description>
