my cousin and i have the same set up for audio systems. his is 100x better with that sub. i only have 2 12" subs!
MTX makes really powerful subs, hard hitting and puchy bass line. There are so many subs out there though, however the sub is only as good as the amp powering it, so make sure your amp is also of igh quality, look for vibe or pioneer amps. They are good and re-liable.

Rockford Fosgate is crap now days. MTX is better than RF, but not super.

The square design sub is a gimic in itself. The Jackhammer is the BIGGEST gimic ever. Those subs are terrible and do not get loud. They don’t have the proper motor strength or cone.
Look at the RD Audio Heavyweight. Will be your best bet.
