Why are people saying that 1000w watts is underpowered on this sub? JL audio literature says 1000w is in “ideal zone.” over that is “danger zone” and warranty is void at 1500w or higher.

I have a JL audio 13 Dub 7. I wouldn’t say Rockford is junk, but I woundn’t trade it for any Rockford sub.
fosgate DOES make …
fosgate DOES make great subs. the 13.5W7 is competition level, fosgate dosent go towards competition as much as it does Q-factor. if ur gonna compare this to somehting, it would have to be the T2, and for the price, much better things are available. jl is WAYYY over-priced.
