check for a screw or a bolt on the bottom of the sub if there is not,then your best bet would be two part epoxy resin.anything else wouldn’t stand up for long,unless you have a wielder ,but watch you do demagnetize it! References :
I would say that if your not a speaker repair person. Then don’t try and repair it because you could make the problem worse. I would call JL Audio and talk to a service technician. Take the wire from your amp and just wire it strait to the voice coil, it will still work but the speaker will not be fixed. but if you are ready to bump and not to worryed about it being like brand new, this would be the way to go. References :

You could use some kind of epoxy that should hold everything together if not take it to an authorized repair shop or buy a new one
