How can I attain better highs with my car audio system?

I have a 2007 Scion tC, and I installed a JL Audio W3 (12"), JL Amp, and sealed box. In order to get more highs, should I buy tweeters, or replace my factory front and rear speakers?

replace the factory speakers with some component speakers and get a 4-ch amp you will have WAY better highs you will have better mids also

   replace factory. get a nice component set it will sound alot better then just addind a bunch of tweeters!

   I agree with previous answers. But be sure to mount the tweeters within 7 inches of your midbass woofers, or if not possible, mount them facing towards the windshield, away from your ears. That way you will get good sound staging.
   And since you spent the money on a JL sub, i’d suggest Infinity Kappa/Kappa Perfect, Focal, or Alpine component sets.
